Never received this item

I have always loved and supported this shop. I have spent well over $1000 in this shop over the last couple of years…I even bought things I knew I could get for half the price on amazon just to support this shop. However, the first time an order got lost in the mail I was given a hard time. It took several emails and a visit to the post office. I just can’t believe how hard it was to get $30 back. Probably won’t spend another dime in this shop.
