Returns & Exchanges
Your experience as a customer is very important to us. Although we are confident you will love our products, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return within 30 days from the original purchase date. If you are shipping item(s) back to us, the item must be received by the shipping agency on or before the 30 day mark.
If items are received by the shipping agency after the 30 day window, or do not meet the below requirements for resale your return package will be rejected.
All tags must be attached and intact if applicable and the items must be free of dirt and smells. Straws, flaw bin boots, and sale items are final sale. You can request a return label by logging into your account or using this link:

Once we receive your return shipment, we’ll issue a credit in your original form of payment, less adjustments for shipping and handling. By using the prepaid return label, $6 will be deducted from your refund.
If your order is returned to Sweet Starling Co for “insufficient address” or any other reason that is not the fault of Sweet Starling Co, your order will be cancelled and refunded with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.
