Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

For regular orders, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email let you know your order is on the way! Our business days are Tuesday-Friday. Subscriptions ship on or before the 10th of the month. 

STORE PICKUP - 

Orders can be picked up Wednesday-Friday 12PM-5PM or Saturday 12PM-530PM. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Orders can be picked up at our storefront located at 253 S 1st St, St Helens, OR 97051.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING-

United States : Orders are generally shipped using USPS but can also be shipped using UPS or Fedex. Flat rate shipping fee of $5.50 applies to orders. If your order is over $35, your shipping charge will be waived. If your order contains a cup, book, Bogg, or any food item, it is excluded from free shipping and the flat rate shipping charge is increased to $8.00. 

International Orders: We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All international orders are excluded from free shipping. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Sweet Starling Co is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES-

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the original shipping costs and shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@sweetstarlingco.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If your order is returned to Sweet Starling Co for “insufficient address” or any other reason that is not the fault of Sweet Starling Co, your order will be cancelled and refunded with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable.
